GENERAL MANAGER


From driving and building sales and profitability to providing direction, setting goals and coaching all hourly and salaried team members, the entire restaurant operation is your responsibility. It is your understanding and demonstration of O’Charley’s standards, policies and procedures that drive you. You will have “A Passion to Serve,” and embrace our Mission of focusing on our guests, each other, our stakeholders and the communities in which we do business and live. You are the pillar of the restaurant as it is your priority to set the standards for all those who work with you. Without a strong and honest General Manager it is almost impossible for the restaurant to run effectively or profitably. As the General Manager you must always maintain our values; on and off the job.

RESTAURANT MANAGER


In addition to overseeing the productivity of the front of the house, you will need to show off your great people skills with team members and guests. You must lead by example and keep your team positive, motivated and most importantly accountable. You will also be required to assist the General Manager with the hiring and training of hourly team members while exhibiting a high level of passion and enthusiasm!

KITCHEN MANAGER


Ultimately it is your responsibility to make sure everything that comes out of your kitchen is set to O’Charley’s standards along with training, directing and coaching your kitchen team members. It is essential that you retain your team members through engagement, positive feedback and assisting with advancement within. You are the example of what each kitchen staff member should strive to be; how you act and what you let out of your kitchen is the standard.

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER


You will assist your General Manager in building and driving sales while handling the day to day components of the restaurant and uphold the high standards held by O’Charley’s. It is your goal to guarantee every guest leaves the restaurant happy with their dining experience. You will talk with our guests and work to ensure their satisfaction; if they have a concern you will fix the problem with your outstanding problem solving and management skills.

Hourly Opportunities

SERVER


You are the heart of our restaurant. First time guests become regulars because of your positive attitude and the sense of teamwork demonstrated. You must greet and welcome every guest you see and make sure your tables have everything they need, all the while keeping your area and stations a clean and safe dining and work place.

GUEST ASSISTANT (HOST/HOSTESS)


Being the first person our guests sees when they enter and the last when they leave the restaurant, you are the face of our business. You may only interact with the guests for a few minutes, but that first impression sets the tone of their dining experience. Your poised and people friendly personality will have them coming back for more! As a team member at O’Charley’s, you will also be asked to assist the servers and food runners, so let your personality shine and chip in when needed.

BARTENDER


Your first goal is to be an effective salesperson. You must be able to make every drink we serve and develop a strong knowledge of our food menu. You will not only be serving drinks for guests at the bar, but you will also handle alcoholic or frozen drink orders from the servers. You are the ultimate multi-tasker and must maintain a positive, outgoing team oriented mentality no matter what level of stress you may be under. As a bartender, at O’Charley’s, you will be responsible for refusing service to anyone under 21 or who cannot show proper ID.

LINE COOK


It is your goal to guarantee guest satisfaction through the food you prepare; they will come back again and again! No worries, as you will be set up for success with training to follow O’Charley’s cooking and plating procedures. While working in our fast-paced environment, teamwork, being organized and able to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization are required to keep a safe and healthy restaurant and work place.

DISHWASHER


Ensuring the cleanliness of all dishes and silverware that leave the kitchen is your major priority as well guaranteeing your area is a clean and safe work place for all.
